IO-Diet Difficulties

got my kids staying for a week.

I have loads of treats for them.

I am on a diet.

im struggling to resist getting wired into the treats!

Trying just having a handful of chips or one piece of candy. I think I read somewhere that you're more likely to binge on junk food if you totally resist as compared to having just a little bit to satisfy the craving. Good luck

Kristen's right. I never totally give up the things I love when I'm trying to lose weight. But I also do not, under any circumstances, allow Mr.Z to bring even one doughnut into the house!

To be honest....i have been nibbling. BUT....just having one lil treat per day. and being honest, i prob need the cals, as am not eating much else really (compared to before)

have a little bit. If you totally deny yourself, you will get frustrated and end-up eating a bunch of it. At least that is my experience.

I had a healthy lunch of a hot dog and chips from the gas station immediately following my work out today.

Yeah I had mcdonalds and ice cream yesterday...total junk food day
