Rock n' Roll Doggie
As I sit here alone in a cold dark room,
I sit here thinking, about the path I've chosen,
the path of my life, as I stare out at the moon,
outside my window, where the night life is frozen,
it's stopped, quiet, still, not a movement near,
as I sit here alone in a cold dark room,
no sound of wind, makes me feel like the only one here,
as I look at the moon, I continue to stare,
a great big objects sits in front of me,
where nothing lives or dies,
where no water runs from the lakes or seas,
where everything is alone, where nothing is the same,
to us it's just a little light in the sky,
but we don't see that it's a place of peace,
it stays still as our years go by,
nothing changes there, its just an empty space,
and here we take our luife for granted,
on this place we call home,
we hate things because there out of place or slanted,
when they are by themselves...alone,
and we're at war with each other,
even though we're the same,
after causing a problem we find someone to blame,
if its not their fault, we say they should of being involved,
when there is no need to argue,
on this place we call home,
because the ones we hurt, are the same,
the same as me, the same as you,
maybe there's someone out there sitting in a room,
looking out their window, at the moon,
wondering why we do what we do,
but I don't have the answers,
whether they're right or wrong,
if on the moon there is some sort of life,
may it be full of happiness and long,
because here ours is full of guilt and strife,
disliked because we're different,
in the way we think, talk, look or dress,
when really we're all the same,
if you don't have the answers you could always guess,
why we do what we do,
cutting life short hoping yo make this place better,
soon we'll be like the moon,
becuase its getting worse and I feel alone,

but in this place we call home.
