and is an annoyance
to judge and pity
crawls under my skin
and eats up all the good nature that resides
you want pity but I have none

at what is important and hard for us

we all fight for that hill
with the pretty flowers
while we rile in the mud and shit we must endure
we all deal in death and sadness
your hand may suck and so may mine
somedays it is love, or sickness, or death
or all of the above
but I don't want your pity
and you shall have none of mine
