She is my beach
The unreachable shore
I wish to overcome the wave
and the tempest roar

I wish we could be together
Even for the shortest of times
If only for the once
To be lost in her arms

To stroke her hair and caress her lips
To let go to the greatest and most basic of needs
To come to terms with the rushing of blood through my veins

Oh she is heaven sent
An angel resplendent
In morning glory of beauty
What more would I want
Perhaps except for our embrace
To last a lifetime

I have rediscovered my want to reach
She is my shore, She is my beach
In my dreams She?s already been reached

HAHA, frogbat, i totally agree with you. Spring is most definately in the air! You're in love, i'm in love, my friends are in love with love, its all great! In fact,i like this poem so much, i think i will put up one that compliments it well. It's been awhile since i've posted something here, but i think the one I'll put up fits our current mood, frogbat!
