longing just to hold your hand
in the stillness of a night
to watch you smile at something I say
as all the noise and crowds around blur

i stand atop a motionless hill
that overlooks an ocean breeze
sensing your thoughts merging with mine
and holding your spirit in the palm of my hand

i look away from what only you can
give me
i steal a little of our memory's walk
to feel your breath inside me still
and never let go of our moment,
for it is yours and mine forever and a day..

very gentle and thoughtful peice...just because it didn't take a few days to get it together doesn't make it any less enjoyable Manda..most of the stuff I've written comes to me in minute bursts, whether it be at work or driving home..is there anymore to this? sorry just being incredibly nosey
