Smile, you're reading my post
its all inspiration, from one to another...

Grafton's Kids

Toeless shoes and everworn clothes
Arms only break from the cold.
The sidewalk your crowded home,
too many problems to get involved.

Child, little child,
why do you cry?
Where is your bed?
Your time for lullaby?

Here you sit on Grafton
with the money and class,
the guilty walk by,
so quickly they pass.

Want to give you my money,
all that fits in your fist.
So why did I walk by?
Too ashamed to let you exist.

i wish i could make the world turn for everyone, I wish I had money or food for every one I saw without any in this God-forsaken city... I wish the politicians would keep their promise and do the things I can't... I wish the world were free of these things but its not... and I am so ungrateful it hurts

good poem ZooManda, don't blame yourself for all of the worlds horrors

Some deep thinking there zooropamanda,Actually I come from a place where these things are reality you can't do anything except for, think for them and help them rebuild themselves.

But on artistic note I think I've never heard such lines "She can't sleep, she's afraid to dream", they sum it up beautifully WOW, I think Bono certainly explores befores he writes.

Anyways good thought process,Its good to know that people are concerned in every corner.
