a glaze enough to suffocate dough
nutz and boltz of the mercenary machine
twist and ache
like our back
and the gears need
a glaze that drowns the oversexed
operable, seriously operable
on tour and pay to see
the crippled rodent
reason our backs ache
and the plaque filths
a glaze on the incisor enamel
polish to perfect

now it feels the ache
relieving us of ours
til the next thing
we see the crippled rodent
collapse to vertabrae
of a different greasy glaze
reason we still ache
rips the legs + pull the wings + snap the teeth
time to fix our machine

how dare they attack
how dare they penetrate
how dare they feast
how dare they get to watch their own funeral
how dare their bones be more stubborn than solid
how dare they exhibit a glaze
how dare they see the crippled rodent - so soon
