OR A LETTER, LIKE THIS ONE HERE
THEN I WOULD SAY YOU'RE EVERYTHING TO ME
I WOULD TELL YOU YOU?RE THE FIRST THING I THINK OF WHEN I WAKE UP
AND YOU?RE IN MY THOUGHTS TILL I FALL ASLEEP
IN MY DREAMS? YOU?RE ALWAYS THERE
FILLING UP MY SOUL WITH HOPE
MAKING MY HEART ACHE
MISSING THE TIME WE NEVER SPENT TOGETHER ? IN THIS LIFE

AND IF I THINK OF THE DISTANCE THAT KEEP US TOGETHER
TOGETHER AS ONE, THE SEA AS A BOND
AND I DARE KNOWING I?D FOLLOWED YOUR STEPS ONCE
WHILE YOU WERE FOLLOWING MINE
TORN APART AGAIN, THE OCEAN STIL THERE
AND THINKING OF THE DAY I KNOCKED AT YOUR DOOR

THE THOUGHT OF THE ENDLESS DISTANCE STILL SCARES ME
MAKING ME DIE A BIT, EVERYDAY
A PARADOX
THAT GIVES ME HOPE, MAKING ME RUN THOUGH THE SAME PATH AGAIN
THIS TIME NOT GIVING UP, FACING CHALLENGES
(A LOT OF CHALLENGES, I KNOW?)

EMPTINESS TEARING MY SOUL APART
THIS LONGING I SEE IN YOUR EYES
MY LONGING FOR A PLACE SO FAR FROM ME
MAKING ME WANDER, NEVER BELONGING
UNINVITED OF MY OWN WORLD
LOST IN MY OWN ROOM
POISONED BY MY VERY OWN TEARS

I KNOW THIS IS NOT FOREVER
I KNOW DEEP INSIDE YOUR HEART YOU ARE STILL WAITING FOR ME
BUT I CAN NOT SAY WHEN IT WILL BE ALRIGHT
I CAN NOT SAY IF WE WILL BE ONE AGAIN, SOMEDAY
THE ONLY THING I KNOW FOR SURE
IS THAT I WON?T REST UNTIL I LOOK INTO YOUR EYES
AGAIN
FOR THE FIRST TIME, ONCE MORE

Yes, isolated from one's self because of too much dependency on another.
