ebony rose

ebony smothered roses
flooded into her baptism
where masked angels lay
blood shot skin lost to every whisper
as the ocean?s mirror seeps through
the cracks of her skin
breathless fable
faithless rain
night washed over an echo
as gypsy suns drown
under a frayed tide
kissing the sand
as they bleed away
