better than keeping them bottled up... thats just a recipy for desaster...
but its taken me a long time to be able to do that, just vent my emotions... i have had a really difficult and emotional childhood. i always felt so emotionally drained and in termoil all the time. reaseasing your emotions means you can control them, and let go of them if needs be
