I've never known a bluer sky,
then when winters death sets in
I've never known such a mournful sound,
as when the seagulls sing their sings
I've never known more honest love,
then the love that breaks me down

I can tell when things are not quite right,
so I'll sit down and hang on for life,
break me down

I once heard a wise man say,
Irony attends to hope,
and that fuels the innocent
I can't can't ignore these words,
but the truth won't slow me down

I've never known how full life is
until I was lying on my face
I've known seen such beautiful eyes
then when my world came crashing down

Very beautiful. I can't even pick out lines that particularly struck me because the whole piece just did. I love your work.

well...yeah. when I write a song I usually have the guitar music first and then i sit down and write the lyrics. TYhey usually come pretty fast after the music is done
