"At Love's Door"

My head is floating on a sea of doubt
And I can't wait for it to capsize
My heart is racing with your slow country song
And I can't wait for it to rhyme

And the day
It breaks

I feel all right cause you make me full of light
And still I'm waiting for something more
Hooking onto jet streams trying to catch sunbeams
When I'm right outside of love's door

And the day
It breaks

Your flesh and bones I will paint them onto stones
And cast them off into the sea
And like a silly fool I will sit and I will drool
Over my sunken masterpiece

And the day
It breaks

But I feel all right cause you make me full of light
I'm tired of something more
When all of the jet streams and all of the sunbeams
Are right behind love's door

And the day
It breaks
