Sympathy, Goo Goo Dolls

I actually like Goo Goo Dolls in general...I didn't know I had to feel guilty for it

I really like the last blink-182 album, the self-titled one (that was the last one before they broke up wasn't it?? it came out in like 2003 I think...it had I Miss You on it) Definitely guilty pleasure, especially cuz I can't stand that guy's voice

Eiffel 65 - Blue (Da Be Dee). I used to love that whole Europop album, but now I don't even know where it is.

also, What Up Gangsta by 50 Cent...and the entire album The Documentary by The Game... except I'm not embarassed to admit that at my school

Edge of Seventeen - Stevie Nicks

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
whoo...whoo...whoo
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo...baby...ooo...said ooo

And the days go by....
like a strand in the wind
In the web that is my own...
I begin again
Said to my friend, baby...
Nothin' else mattered

He was no more...than a baby then
Well he... seemed broken hearted...
something within him
But the moment...that I first laid...
Eyes...on...him...all alone...
On the edge of...seventeen

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
whoo...whoo...whoo
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo...baby...ooo...said ooo

I went today...maybe I will go again...
tomorrow
And the music there it was hauntingly...
familiar
And I see you doing...
what I try to do for me
With the words from a poet...
and the voice from a choir
And a melody...nothing else mattered

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
whoo...whoo...whoo
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo...baby...ooo...said ooo

The clouds...never expect it...
when it rains
But the sea changes colours...
but the sea...
Does not change
And so...with the slow...graceful flow..
of age
I went forth...with an age old...
desire...to please
On the edge of...seventeen

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
whoo...whoo...whoo
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo...baby...ooo...said ooo

Well then suddenly...
there was no one...left standing
In the hall...yeah, yeah...
In a flood of tears
That no one really ever heard fall at all
Oh I went searchin' for an answer...
Up the stairs...and down the hall
Not to find an answer...
just to hear the call
Of a nightbird...singing...
come away...come away...

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
whoo...whoo...whoo
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo...baby...ooo...said ooo

Well I hear you in the morning...
and I hear you...
At nightfall...
sometime to be near you...
Is to be unable...to hear you...
my love...
I'm a few years older than you...
are (I'm a few years older than you) my love

Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song...
Sounds like she's singing...
ooo baby...ooo...said ...(repeat)

2 things...

1. Isn't everyone deep down a huge Huey fan?
2. Can't you turn up every Huey Lewis and the News song?:hyper:

If they are a huge fan they are hiding it pretty well when I announce my love for him, lol.

As for turning all of them up oh yeah! Some songs just have a beat that takes the song even higher than others though

Bon Jovi - Bad Medicine :reject:
I have to admit that I have that entire Crazy Town album... and still listen to it...:der:
Dirty Vegas - Days Go By
Eminem - Stan
Savage Garden - I Want You

I'm sure there are tons more.

Savage Garden - To the moon and back
Thirteen Senses - Into the fire
Madonna - Live to tell

Good tunes if you ask me :)

I'm not sure if it's a guilty pleasure, but I've been listening to "Such Great Heights" by Postal Service. It's a bit emasculating to roll up to someone with that blasting. But it's all good cause if they give me a look, I hit next and "Damn, It Feels Good to Be a Gangsta" comes on. And then I look back and say, "What? Huh? What?"

Golden Earring's Radar Love.

So bad.

But so good.

Maybe it's old news to you, but did you know that Bono absolutely lovesssss that song? With Vertigo in Holland they played it when the concerts were done and he sang a bit of it during an interview here...And U2 covered it ofcourse back in the days..

And my guilty pleasure?
I guess anything boyband related...There are not many excuses for that..
