What are your pick-me-ups?

Music, going out, shopping and it usually helps to have a nap or good night's sleep.

depending on the mood , ignoring the housework and watching a couple of DVD's in my jammies

doing something really physically hard, you get the feel good vibes going, sense of acheivement and usually you're too tired afterwards to be in a funk:hyper:
 
Buy something you like, do something with your friends, listen to some good music, go for a walk at a place you like...

These are some of the things I do... But when it comes to music, if I'm sad, I can only listen to depressing music... I should listen to something cheerfull and funny but sometimes I just can't.
I also like to play piano (but I'm not very good at that:wink:)
 
swimming
meditation
OOTS
stretching (like, *really* stretching, in a sauna if possible)
lying on the couch and catching up on TiVo with Memphis
