I don't know what OMC and GAO mean. :reject:

I don't know where/how the Oodles thing started. Why are they called Oodles?

I still don't fully get GAO, but I've just accepted it.

I know about the others, but someone else can explain the stories better than I because I wasn't here when either of them started. :slant:

OMC - oh my cat - often used in IO bc many of us are cat lovers.

GAO - sound you make when you're angry - a big resounding GAOOOOO! :scream:

The Oodles sprang from my tendency to say "ciao mein, noodles" to people when I talk to them. Sicy started calling me Noodle, I called her Doodle.. and so on from there...The Oodles are just a group of very scarily like-minded hot chicas ;)

OMC started being used in IO as a playful mocking (I do say playful) of the use of OMD in PLEBA (Which, If I remeber correctly was Oh My Dad - but I thought it was Oh My Dog).

Is there a reason, explanation or psychological behavior as to why you do this?

I'll psychological behavior your face.

HelloAngel used to leave our IM conversations with "ciao men noodle" so I started calling her noodle and I ended up being doodle.

We can call you Azucaroodle if you want

LOL...I can't believe that "GAO" is still going on.

It is the sound that Godzilla makes in Japanese. I brought the term to Interference when I founded the Whortenses, and there was a post on foreign animal noises. "GAO" was just too funny.

Do we have a Interference.com dictionary/users manual for "Language used"?

I think we should make up our own "interference" language
