moving house?!...

ok, this is the situation...
4 ppl in one house, 1 person who happens to be my best mate cant pay the rent anymore and I'm left with the other 2 ppl wanting to move out. Basically what I should do, move out (which seems the logical answer) or stay with my best mate? or something else?!
if someone has got a suggestion let me know!!
