Law school or Interference.....

This is the dumbest thing ever.
I'm taking a practice LSAT (law school admissions test) RIGHT NOW and I'm on my 15 minute break.

Instead of reviewing I'm checking in here. Are you kidding me!?!?! I mean, its not like I couldn't wait a few hours!

So, I'm doing this at home and I'm supposed to be ridiculously disciplined (timer, #2 pencil, total silence...the whole nine).
Well, for some reason the Best of B Sides is playing. Now how did that happen?

Now I only check on my lunch break, and I go home for lunch since I only live 2 minutes away from work

I come here every night thinking that I should start working on my grad school applications but I end up here way past my bedtime. As a recent law school drop-out , interference has been my main distraction, seeing as I got no homework when I get home from work, muwhahahahaha.

But I know how you feel, my time would be much better spent studying for the GRE which I have to take before December to get into a Ph D program, but I still find the time to post/read interference.

I am a vet student, doing my last semester of "book work" before my rotations start. We have computers in our lecture hall and this damn site has been SUCH a distraction!! I guess I should be glad I only discovered Interference in August, I may not have gotten as far as I have if I had found out about it sooner.

Well, as a small update...I did manage to finish the practice LSAT last night (before the sun came up). Phew! Got the scores in and now I'm ready for a nap. Too bad I'm at the office...

I suffer from the same Inteference addiction problem too. It's always like: "Well, I really should be writing this paper now, but I'm going to check Interference first." --2 hours later-- "Was I supposed to be working on a paper or something?"

It's even worse now that I'm a mod because I'm always thinking that I should check LS just in case there's some nasty thread. Excuses, excuses.

It's not criminal or defense attorneys I have a problem with, it's all the personal injury lawyers that file ludicrous suits against my family's small business.

But seriously, I wish you luck in your studies, tests and school.

This thread has made me feel so much better. I think I suffer from some sort of obsessive disorder. I got in SO much trouble at my last job (for being on interference and online in general) that I got my internet banned. Yet here I am in a new job, still on probation, and although I am more careful, I am STILL on here all the time.

My predecessor in this job got busted for downloading porn, and so they now have a very strict internet policy and a rule that there is to be no "excessive use of chatrooms". Well....I figure my lunch and a few breaks here and there isn't TOO excessive, right?

When I teach (college) in a classroom with a computer in it, I sneak in here when my students are working on group projects.

I just know one day I'll find out some of my students are interferencers.
