I've quit fast food

oh if you want motivation to quit fast food, then if you ever see mcliable on the tv watch it, i haven't eat fast food since, i cried at it, it was all about what mccies do to their animals n it was horrible n disguisting, so yeah that works, also i seen a rat in KFC and when we were shouting rat we got looked at as if we were soft and it was perfectly normal, i won't go into details about mcliable as it's not the nicest thing to talk about

I haven't had fast food in a few months(aside from going to Wendy's to get their salad's ) and I only drink soda occasionally now since starting my diet.

I'm going to McDonalds with a friend tomorrow for breakfast sandwiches...I'm sorry!!!

I broked down the other day, and stoppped at McDonalds and got a hamburger, for I was too tired to cook, after working all day.
