New Wave is my life--sad but true.

Well, I'm not that obsessed, but it's my favorite generic genre of music. I even made IWB a mainly new wave mix!

New Order, Peter Gabriel (his solo career, and the last Genesis album before he left, as well as the one immediately after he left), Devo, and... well, New Wave is good in general. At least new wave was exactly that, tryng something new, instead of the same stale pop-sensation nonsense.

  New wave hurrah

The "New Wave" channel on our digital music station plays just about every day all day long. I was so happy when I found it. I had been listening to the 80's channel previously and grew tired of all the crap 80's song's that they were playing. If I heard Aretha Franklin's "Freeway of Love" one more time or more DeBarge I was going to puke!

New Wave is the best of the 80's music in my opinion. Lot's of British bands with the word "The" in their name including "The The"! Gotta love it!

Class of 87' BTW.
