:reject: Well how many boxes of chocolates do I need? lol. Or bottles of girly things in fragrances I don't use? I always try to buy thoughtful gifts for those closest to me- my kids, *most* relatives, best friends. But there are always ppl who buy unexpectedly for you, give you gifts at the last minute, the relatives you only see once a year and have to pretend you've missed...well I kind of recycle gifts here. Ah, go ahead, throw your old fruitcake at me in disgust

Do others find it:

A) perfectly acceptable practise

B) technically against etiquette but understandable

C) I should be banned not only from this forum but from all holidays*

*even Festivus.

I keep the chocolate, and never actually eat it. :weirdo:
It only keeps for about 4 weeks anyway before going all white and blah.

I do this though LCK.
I find wine...and give it out.
Not knowing if it is shitty wine given to me who secretly doesn't like me or what....Actually, I only give away red wine becuase it looks fancier

I don't know where the wine comes from though.
:hmm:

I would do that but I haven't seen any of my relatives in 6 years so I don't have to pretend to miss them, this year though we did give a friend who arrived unannounced a bottle of wine and box of chocolates a friend had given me
