Not banned entirely, just not made welcome in that particular forum. But I really don't post much there so my presence or non-presence probably wouldn't be really noticed.

...when it was more innocent. I still remember the early days of "HOT BONO PICS," "HOT EDGE PICS," "HOT LARRY PICS," "HOT ADAM PICS," and even "HOT PAUL MCG PICS."

It all seems so innocent now. I do still read and post there to a certain extent but I almost feel bad about it because I really don't like a lot of what goes on there. It's just too much especially considering three out of four members of U2 are in long-term committed relationships. There was a thread recently about whether you would, um, take the opportunity if you were single and you had the chance of a night with your favourite U2 member, and almost everyone said yes.

I guess I may be banned from that forum if one of the regulars reads this, and maybe that would be fair enough. I feel kind of like a hypocrite now anyway.

OK, I might be flamed for this, but I have to say that I personally don't care for the kind of posts that are on other boards-esp. EYNIW-talk about 'raunchy'. Are those not taken as being 'all in good fun'?? I've seen stuff on there that makes PLEBA tame by comparison.

I think it's clear that everyone respects the guys' committed relationships-it is pure FANTASY, and should be taken as such. I have to say that I think even Bono himself would laugh over the 'elevated' thread and the replies.

And I'm not a teenager,and I think it's kind of unfair to generalize like that.

I have mix feelings about that place. At first it was fun and cool. I do remember LarrysDrumStick, she just posted so much on all the guys. Then I dunno, what happened, some contro over Bono "H" and everything just went blah!
