I ready don't like

Achtung Baby that much. I mean, I don't HATE it; it's a solid album w/ some great songs. But, IMHO, it's easily the most overrated of U2's work. *Stars dives behind his computer*

Strangely enough, I can see where you're coming from. Although I do think it is in the top 3 best U2 albums, there was a time where I wasn't all that impressed by it - mainly because I had a hard time getting into some of the songs (Even Better, So cruel, the fly, mysterious ways). But after a few months of really listening to the songs a lot and getting to know them better, I grew to love it - especially the way it tells a story and has an overall sense of unity.

So maybe you just haven't listened enough.

Seriously though, I can understand why someone would think it's overrated.
