I have great news! I checked out a book about depression at work today. It recommends a supplement that's great for depression called SAM-e (pronounced "sammy"). You don't need a prescription for it; you can get it at your local health food store. I just got some and I'm trying it. The guy who recommends it is a trained psychiatrist and I really like his book called "Stop Depression Now". He's really smart. Praise the Lord!

Verte I was on SAM-e for a while. Tis good. Not as heavy as the chemical ones but then it didnt make groggy either
