Well, I got the call back from the shop we took it to. Total damage (headlight and steering repair) approximately between $250 and $344.


Definitely could have been worse, but at least I am financially OK enough to take care of it. Thank god this didn't happen last year, is all I have to say.

That's a drag but yes, could have been much worse. I ran a red light the other day because I was completely and totally spaced out. It was a huge and scary intersection, too. Somebody was looking out for me because I could have caused a terrible accident. My heart was pounding all the way home after that. I couldn't believe I did that.

At least your accident was minor...just think that there are thousands of more serious accidents every day. ST happens
