The Frightfully Ghoulish Halloween Thread

I went as facebook last night.

White longsleeve t-shirt, could velcro status updates all night long, my back was my "Wall" where people can right on it, on one of my sleeves I had post it notes where people could make "friend requests". It was fun. By the end of the night I was covered with messages, some got pretty dirty by the end of the night. And my final status update read "I'm home take me drunc".

That is awesome. I saw an idea like that online, but for Twitter. This sounds like it would work a bit better.

Also, Travis and I passed out the candy tonight. We decided to throw together costumes in the last like hour before it was time for about $12. The results:

I bought those, plus a ghost pirate that went on the door and made scary sounds and said creepy things when people walked by it. Funny enough, this might have been the best Halloween ever as far as creeping kids out goes. Travis terrified most of them, and the ghost pirate did the rest. I was even scary a few times apparently. I felt bad though because there was one little girl who would NOT come up the stairs .

What a dud for Trick-or-Treaters last night! Maybe just over 20 kids came.

Now, it's time to pass on the extra candy to my SIL's grad students--my extra sugar is helping fuel the next generation of Economic Nobel Prize winners.
