I love cannolis!

The best is eating a cannoli in Little Italy. They usually have the best pastries there.
Those are cannoli, a Sicilian dessert (Sicy and I are both Sicilian). They come in different varieties of filling, either with cream, chocolate or custard, BUT, my personal favourite is the ricotta cream filling. That cream is white and oh-so-delicious.

It looks completely delicious! I love custard pastries too!
Ricotta is nice too, though we usually don't use it in desserts here.
Where would I be able to get these in Holland.

Do you have an Italian quarter in your city? Or try to find a Italian bakery somewhere.

I appreciate both Sicy and the foodporn in this thread. However foodporn doesn't reply to my drunken text messages so I have to appreciate Sicy more.

Sadly not that I know of. Perhaps there's an italian bakery in Amsterdam somewhere?

Or got a recipe?
