You mean on TV? No... internet seems to have taken all the evening space TV used to occupy

The Late Session with Waleed Aly on SBS. 10 out of 10 on the BEG scale

Damn, forgot to watch the Ben Elton show. Was it any good?

(I'm inherently dubious of any comedy that isn't on the ABC/SBS these days.)

I've heard a lot of good things about Waleed Aly. The Ben Elton show was pretty ordinary, what I saw of it. But look I've gotta give props to Shaun Micallef, who turns a simple game show into a work of art every Tuesday night, he's brilliant.

Man, the Ben Elton show's getting savaged on The Age ... their critic liked it, but the reader comments are just a wave of negativity (i.e. moreso than normal).

I can't help but to think of this after watching that interview Tony Abbott had where he didn't answer any of the the questions about his gaff.

Saw the tattoo "Everyday's Australia Day" in Zoo Weekly.

Amazing.

Then there's that rugby player who got an essay tattooed on his back with "to" instead of "too".

There must be a lot of illiterate tattooists in Australia. We already know there's a lot of bogans and idiots.

I wouldn't be so hard on tattooists. I've got people at work with journalism degrees writing copy for the brochures who still mix up it's and its.

Fair call. To be truthful it was only about two or three years ago I learnt how to properly use it's/its.

I'm just a grammar nazi!

No, it wasn't that great. (I turned it over after about the 3rd or 4th sketch) However, I am hopeful that it will improve.
