Hmmm, priorities? Yeah I know someone who had his parents pay for college so he came out ahead, but somehow has a ton of CC debt, but keeps getting new cars, big screen TV, remodeling the house....

I wasn't even going to go shopping but Phil said he needed a new pair of sandals and wanted to go to the mall (and he is VERY frugal, generally I have to convince him he needs someone).

Since my tastes and weight fluctuate I don't like to spend a lot on clothing (besides stuff like winter jackets, work boots, good winter gloves where quality is really important).

I don't like to spend a lot either. There were some really cute shirts, but I know I can find something exactly like them for half the price.

We went over to the store and I told DH I just couldn't go in, lol. It's right where the Abercrombie used to be (which I never went in or bought from, and my mom who is NOT one to care what we wear or shelter us called their company to complain that the catalog they sent my little brother was softcore porn). Luckily someone we knew came by so we chatted instead.

OK i'm very late to this thread, but have you tried Aeropostale's mens' jeans. I started wearing mens' after I had my first child. I found I liked the cut in the thigh much better than womens'. Then after I lost my (3) kids weight and my kids' got older (taller than me) I started wearing their hand me downs. I love my son's Aeropostale's. When they go on sale you can usually get a couple pair for $40-45. I had tried some Mossimos, but their low-rise cut was just too low, cuz yes I'm a mom. And who has time to hang out in Marshalls just waiting for the right 7s to come in.

Gap sell jeans that have a great fit and are reasonably priced.

Mossimo jeans, the premium denim ones. They are on sale usually for 27.99. They usually fit me great, altho I am 5'9.

I have bought Joe's jeans in the past but they usually around 80.00 on sale at Loehmann's and I am trying not to spend that kind of money for clothing anymore. I have found Target's Mossimo brand to hold up just as well and look good if you get the right fit.

It's dark, it's loud and I think they pour cologne in their air ducts. Total torture.

I spend a lot of $ on work clothes, it's just the nature of the beast, and I wish I could wear jeans to work.

Every time I frickin' walk by Abercrombie and Fitch, the smell is overwhelming. And plus, their "small" is like an extra extra extra extra small.
