Two different types of honey, maybe this is what you had the first time?
Nah, it wasnt that. Although the second one looks like set honey to me. It was clear looking, but it was just crystalised in texture, like there was sugar grains in it (I guess thats what they are anyway).
It think it was probably to do with it being from an independant local company, it probably wasnt treated to be smooth and such. Theres some newer jars in the shop now, and they look fairly free flowing and clear. I spose maybe mine had just been sitting there a while.
