omg. I really need one of those. The edges are my favorite.

They're still warm on the stovetop, too.

BTW--this is the second time I've used the pan (XMas present). I didn't read the box or anything, but you really need to use 1.5 to double the ingredients or it doesn't bake up thick, filling the pan. But the edges...chewy

THIS is a schnitzel.

Not my photo, but this is from a place near where I used to live in Sydney. Note the $20 note for size comparison (and Australian notes are a bit bigger than US notes.)

Oh my god.

And best of all, it's not on top of the chips!

Could use a little more gravy though? Hard to tell... in any case, I feel like a pub meal tomorrow night.

My grandmother makes the best schnitzel. End of story. //thread.

..also, trying my hand at mac n' cheese soup this weekend. Found the recipe on the Food Network and so far, all the recipes I've found on there have been great. Will share if it turns out well. Should be interesting, because nothing is more foodgasmic than a good, home-y mac n cheese.

ok, i still am unsure what a schnitzel actually is. other than something large, possibly covered with gravy.

i'm with sicy and the cheese. clear arteries are so overrated.

and that middle-free brownie pan is  edges suck.

omg my cholesterol sky-rocketed just looking at some of these pics!

Is it cake on a stick?

And why don't I have my car right now so I can go to Starbucks...Right. now.

Yes it is cake. Very moist, delicious yummy cake. I've now tried all 3 and can say  to all. I'm a rocky road/chocolate fan first and foremost so it's still my fave, but the tiramisu was excellent as well. Had a coffee flavor.

we make those at the bakery I work for but not on a stick. I probably roll and dip a few hundred balls of cake a week. They are a pain to make! :madwife:

yes they do and I raise hell when I see my coworkers popping them in their mouth one after another. I always tell them they can eat anything else but those but they keep on eating them.

I made these today  I have nightmares about cake balls :| I made about 90 today but that won't be enough for the Sat afternoon crowd so I'll have to make tons more tomorrow. I can't really complain too much because it adds lots of extra hours to my paycheck but I still can't stand making them!

Coconut (coconut cake inside too), Red Velvet, Chocolate, and Cookie Dough (vanilla cake and buttercream with choc chips.)

since I'm here...just found this pic on my camera. Made some cookies for my hair stylist. Her 30 something year old son died a few months ago after being hit by a car so I like to bring her treats when I go see her to cheer her up, even if it's just for a brief moment.
