We've hired a treadmill for our home, I don't know if it's just a case of a "new thing", but I'm finding it so much easier to exercise now that I don't have to drag myself to the gym on a cold dark Melbourne winter night. I'm also watching a lot more TV than before :)

LA Fitness! It's just around the corner. No excuse not to get my ass in there regularly.

Body combat and body pump classes 4 times a week (5 times a week if things are not that hectic). I'm also try to sneak in some stretching classes whenever I can.

I've been going to these classes for a long time now and I don't think I can live without them.

For the best results try:
Swimming(best all rounder in terms of cardiovascular, stanima, etc)
Yoga (or anything similar that is the best for suppleness)
Weight traing (because strong bones is the only area that swimming fails. But don't think as I used to, ie; I must lift this dunbel until my arms feels as though they are going to drop off. You only need to lift the weight 6 times.)
