i see in the midst of the chaos that this forum has unleashed that my question has been left unanswered, but if anyone can manage to reply in the next few weeks that would be appreciated.

just out of curiousity, is the point of this forum to sterilise anything that might draw a reaction or be slightly out of the realm of what is normal, accepted posting?

i think if we all stepped back, we'd surely all agree that the very idea of posting shit here or anywhere else for that matter is ludicrous. we're essentially all here to waste time as 99% of all things written is innocuous drivel (exception being BVS who's been ordained by god himself ( :S )), so why bother wasting the smallest amount of energy in closing/merging a thread that's doesn't run foul of forum guidelines? i mean, i'm not even sure why i'm even asking this since i genuinely don't care. i'm only asking because i'm bored and have far too much time on my hands today
