No, you're right. Clearly you had something important to discuss with your insightful comment.

That it took until 2009 to have the Fair Pay Act enacted is really quite sad.

And that's to say nothing of how women are treated in most of the rest of the world.

You didn't say anything. You just posted to piss off the girls. (Your stupid comment didn't have anything to do with the second picture, if you bothered to read the caption.) Until you have something to say that means anything, go away.

Yes, unpopular opinions should be removed from public hearing.

yes, and office when necessary.
Bush should have been removed from office long before he had to leave.
Here's to good beginning's.

True -

Yes, but thank Yahweh that our Abortionist in Chief could take time off from forcibly grabbing pregnant women off the streets, dragging them into clinics, and administering abortions to them. Of course, he is really just ensuring that they can continue to work because now they will not be mothers, so that they can take advantage of the equal pay he has given them.

That second picture makes me happy, and it makes me happy that the first picture is next to irrelevant

Supporting both is kinda paradoxal since the one cancels out the other right?

I suppose Pac Mule's getting at the idea that one concerns abortion, the other equal pay?

Either way, seems like a paradox. Either you're for equality or not, and both of these issues epitomise that for me.

What predictions do you speak of...

A Global Status Report: January 1, 2050 - predictions of year 2050 world scenario | Humanist | Find Articles at BNET

The world has finally achieved a global economy that appears to be environmentally sustainable while providing nearly all people with the basic necessities of life and the majority with a comfortable living. The resulting social stability has created a world in relative peace, exploring possible futures for the second half of the twenty-first century.

there are other predictions as well. But who cares, as long as people are having fun.

Ethnic and racial minorities will comprise a majority of the nation’s population in a little more than a generation, according to new Census Bureau projections, a transformation that is occurring faster than anticipated just a few years ago.

The census calculates that by 2042, Americans who identify themselves as Hispanic, black, Asian, American Indian, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander will together outnumber non-Hispanic whites. Four years ago, officials had projected the shift would come in 2050.

The main reason for the accelerating change is significantly higher birthrates among immigrants. Another factor is the influx of foreigners, rising from about 1.3 million annually today to more than 2 million a year by midcentury, according to projections based on current immigration policies.

“No other country has experienced such rapid racial and ethnic change,” said Mark Mather, a demographer with the Population Reference Bureau, a research organization in Washington.
