Have to assume his health has taken a turn for the worst.

Love him or hate him, you have to admit he has pushed technology forward in his career.

I wish him the best.

Could you have put up a more credible link? I had to read it on a few news websites to believe it. Anyway, what Danny Boy said.

I really shouldn't be this upset about the CEO of a technology company resigning. But damn, I'm pretty sad. I think it does have to do with the assumption that his health has declined again.

From CNN:

"Apple shares today traded up $2.58 to close at $376.18 per share. As of 6:53pm, it already had lost $22.18 per share, or 5.9% of its value."

This is definitely depressing news. Here's hoping it's more a precautionary measure rather than a sign of anything impending.

I can remember reading about Steve Jobs and the upstart Macintosh in Rolling Stone magazine in the early 80's. His partner Steve Wozniak put on the US Festival. My generations Woodstock (an epic set by U2 being a highlight).

These guys are modern day Henry Fords responsible for making many, many people prosperous.

Best wishes to Steve Jobs.

Does anyone here work in the Valley or have Valley connections? Wanna spill the beans on Jobs or is it too early?
