1. I believe that women should be given the chance. Of course there should be a time-frame, if it hasn't been done by a few months into the pregnancy then it should be carried to term. But they need the choice. Aslong as there is sufficient time to make the decision, then there is no problem.

2. Barely. Both or potential humans. The 'magic' part of it is the time spent as a combined egg/sperm cell. As BVS said, it happens 1000's of times a day where combined cells flush the the menstrual cycle. The only thing that is different is they flush out at the same time together, rather than spearately. TIME is what makes a human once this has taken place.

3. Notice how I said the words GENERALLY and MOST. Financeguy can believe what he wants, and how he wants, as can you (but what is the point of posting here if we cant argue our points). Financeguys situation doesnt change the general trend.
