Awful incident

The guy was on his way home from work but police who were after the G20 protestors shoved him to the ground for no reason and minutes later he died from a heart attack

I am sorry he passed away from a heart attack and the shove was indeed unnecessary, but has it been proved that the shoved or fall caused his heart attack? Did he have a pre-exisiting heart condition?

Just curious, because the shove and fall did not seem hard enough to cause a heart attack.

Surely being in a state of shock can trigger a heart attack (i'm no medical expert)
If someone pushes you over unexpectedly it would make your heart beat rise for sure

On the news at 6 they had a doctor on saying stress can be a big reason for a heart attack. Being shoved over on you way home from work is pretty stressful

The guy was redirected by police as roads were shut from the G20 protests. He was walking away from the scene and still the police hit him with a baton and pushed him over.
