Agreed, North Korea is authoritarian, bordering on fascist, agrarian with a tightly structured class or caste system. Not even close to communist. There might be an argument about China, but not North Korea.

I would describe it as state capitalist. From what I understand, it doesn't have free healthcare for its citizens for one, which is a vital aspect of socialism/communism.

Communism details a stateless, classless society, so of course, that is completely different to what China have.
