PS. While Halloween was a Christian holiday, it also took elements of pagan holidays much like other major Christian holidays. Early Christians were adept at co-opting non-Christian holidays and customs to make new converts more comfortable.

Halloween was last night in my town, because we had a snowstorm Halloween weekend and had no power for four days (even though we really only had 4 inches of snow it was heavy and wet and with all the leaves on the trees..plus the power company sucks ass). So much fun. I never liked Halloween before and I dislike it even more now.
