It doesn't surprise me that the NYCLU backed this guy.

The reason: they don't want "God Bless America" to be played.

Still, I stand by my point that it's an open conclusion.

Any drunk will tell you he only had a few.

But cops aren't always honest, either.

Any ruling they come up with won't change this fact. They are not looking to get this song stopped, just the behavior around the song stopped.
I think they're trying to draw attention to the song being played.

If he was simply trying to take care of his bladder, I have no issue.

If he was a piss drunk who disrupted the game for the remainder of the audience as the NYPD claims, then they had every right to throw him out.

Officially, we don't know what really happened.

And I think you live in a world of right wing paranoia.
No. I can't think of the last time one of these "civil liberties" groups spoke up on behalf of Christianity. If that amounts to "right-wing paranoia", I can't fix the mush between your ears.

But they have.
On rare occasions, if ever.

But the ACLU and its affiliates are systematically destroying Christianity from the public square, as I see it.

As a follower of Christianity, I believe that God and Christianity are inseparable.

I don't think there's anything wrong with wondering what the NYCLU and the ACLU is up to. That's why, while this story has an open conclusion, you have to consider the factors involved.
