Ive often wondered abotu going-away-jabs, are you expected to have those all at once or over the course of a year?

I got mine all at once but I'm sure they wouldn't do that if there was a risk. I had the option of getting a second Hep A booster when I got back and I forgot to do it, so now I'd have to start over.

I just figure, I tend to get small reactions to most jabs, so 6 at once would probably add up to a sick Moo.

I have never been sick in over 28 years and never been to a hospital.
I never had a flu vaccine or taken a pill for anything except for a tooth ache or a slight runny nose in winter time due to the chilly weather outside.
Never been sick.
My secret?
Orange juice.
Drink lots of it at lunch time and dinner.
On weekends I drink beer in the pub with me friends.
No wine or whiskey... except at special dinner parties.

Just Orange Juice and you will be safe

they really seem to be pushing these swine flu vaccines. even though it's less severe than the normal flu and the vaccines havent been tested enough and there are multiple reports of them causing more harm than good. yet, we are supposed to be scared shitless of swine flu and rush out as soon as possible to get the shot.

sounds a bit "fishy" to me. maybe i should report it to the whitehouse.

^ Ha, I didn't even notice the rest of the site to be honest. I'm not particularly anti-big pharma, but there does come a time to pull a new product with adverse effects. I've seen drugs voluntarily pulled for far, far fewer deaths.

OMG!!! You are soooooo right. I never had the flu shot and I rarely catch colds. I drink a glass of OJ every day. I've told people that and they think I'm nuts.

Similar to my point in the thread which is that even those who are apparently qualified don't have all the answers.

We arnt "supposed" to be scared, the media are just whoring the fuck out of it. Unless you're prone to illness, medically sensitive or already ill, its really not something to be concerned about. I know several people who are my age who had the virus, it wasnt pleasent for them, but they've gotten though it fine.

Also, people have adverse effects to things. You may well hear "multiple reports" about them causing harm, but not everyone who is successfully vaccinated against the disease gets to have their say in the major media outlets do they?
