i forget which ones, but only 2 of the 9 justices have actual experience as a judge prior to being on the supreme court.

Well then maybe I haven't met many of those... All I my life I've heard conservatives bitch about how criminals have too many rights, they get off on too many technicalities, and they always seem to prefer guilty until proven innocent...
