America would have been all up in arms if someone had stepped up security at airports, to the point where it is now, pre 9/11. But now it's justifiable to most

The internet is going to be the next battleground, we just recently had a portion of the US governments computers hacked...

Is this bill forward thinking or big brother? Do we have to wait for a catastrophy for something similar to this to be justifiable?

i just realised this sounds very anti-us. that wasn't the point, my focus is on that it's pretty much impossible to say anyone should or even could own the internet.
