Well however fleeting and unlikely, you've got to appreciate the irony of the Israeli police needing to be called in to pacify monks brawling over Jesus' tomb, then haul the handcuffed offenders past Golgotha on their way to the police station.
This story cracked me up when I first heard about it because I do tend to have a stereotype of Greek Orthodox monks (don't know anything about the Armenian variety) as tough-as-nails and even somewhat macho types, mostly from having read a fair amount about their role in the Greek resistance during WWII. Not that that has anything whatsoever to do with this particular incident...
