I tried Even better than the real thing with my M13.

strat-m13 (with fcb1010 midicontroller for whammy)-Flextone-PC with audacity.

Hats off mate, considering you're doing this w/ a Strat and an M13 (w/out the original WH-1, etc.) this sounds very very good! Obviously, the Whammy doesn't sound as dirty as the WH-1, but you've done a brilliant job!

I love it when I listen to covers which aren't done w/ 1:1 Edge equipment.

During the slide: Sound is a bit too neckish, what PU position were you in?

hey thanks for the nice words.

for the solo i was on the neck/middle pickup but i changed the sound a bit with the second controller on the fcb1010 (bit more gain and a little less treble)

The M13 (or HD500) is the best "edge" multi-effect you can get on a budget imo.
