If you don't want to get a multi-fx unit that would have one, maybe get one of those wah/volume combos that are out there.
Granted, I'm no effects chain purist, so I can't imagine what difference any two volume pedals would make as long as they're not shit.

I personally recommend an ERNIE BALL volume pedal. They make them MONO and STEREO, with different pots. I've been using mine for years and it has never let me down. Guys such as Mark Knopfler or Steve Howe have been using those as well so they must be good pedals.
