On first listen I'd say the verse riff is basically an E alternated with D for a bar, then B, Bflat, A for the second bar. Chorus looks right though. I'm at work so no guitar handy to test that out though...

OK, a revision now that I've got a guitar and can try it out... the main riff is E for the first bar, the second is an A/G#/G progression. Nice riff...

E--------------------------5--5--5--5---4--3-----

Verse - "Lights go down, it's dark..."
e---x----------------------------------------------
B---x---------------------------------------------
G---x----------------------------------------------
D---x----------------------------------------------
A---x-----------------------------------------------
E---x----------------------------------------------
Just palm mute, classic edge.

Chorus - "Hello, hello"
e---------------------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------------------
G---9-----7---------------------------------------
D---9-----7-----5-----7--------------------------
A---7-----5-----5-----7--------------------------
E----------------3-----5-------------------------- Listen for rythym.

Then repeat the intro.
e--------------------------------------------------
B--------------------------------------------------
G-----7/9--7/9--7/9-----------------------------

A-----5/7--5/7--5/7----7--7--7--7---6--5-----

Second Verse
e---x----------------------------------------------
B---x---------------------------------------------

Then, the part with classic edge delay, when bono sings
"They know that they can't dance, at least they know..."
