Two new UZoo (U2 tribute band) videos...

Hi All,

I posted two new videos of my tribute band UZoo on the home page of our website - a new promo video and some song clips from a live show we played at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana Dominican Republic last month.

Air travel travel with 7 guitars and a 150 pound rack unit is obscenely expensive, so for international shows I've been using Guitar Rig 5 running on a MacBook Pro plus a few stomp boxes on a smaller pedal board.

I also installed two Tronical Tuning Systems, one on my my Les Paul and the other on my Fender Tele. They enabled quick tuning changes during the show. as a result I was able to leave three guitars home and use double gig bags to bring my Les Paul, Tele, Strat and 12 string Rick.

I'm going to write a couple posts on our blog about my setup over the next few weeks. I'll comment here when the posts are up for those who may be interested.

The band started late 2008 in Nashville, TN.

Our new singer, Chris Ray, joined the band earlier this year.

All is well, I left SYNNEX about a year ago. Just doing consulting on my own now...loving it!
