Also interesting to hear that Edge is/was thinking about using the Axe FX live.

He was using one during sound checks on the last leg of 360. I heard a few recordings somewhere. He was A/B-ing the Axe with his regular setup. On the recording, at one point you hear him tell Joe O'Herlihy that 'its the sound of the future'.

I ran into Dallas in Los Angeles in 2010 (when the US dates were post-poned). I talked to him about the Axe, as we were using it in a tribute band that I used to tech for. At that point he hadn't heard about the AxeFX. I told him that I would forward him some information on the Axe and a few other items.

So I was pleased to later learn that Dallas and Edge decided to give it a look and bring it into the fold for Spiderman and potentially - future U2 tours.
