Dave - I'm a LONG way from an expert, but...

"And it's you..." and "Sometimes you can't..." - should they be F#m?

Not as far as I can tell. But I'll give it a try once I get home and see.

Probably so. I didn't get a chance to check yesterday because I was sick as a dog, but I'll be home in about 2.5 hours and I'll give'r a try then.

Also, anyone else notice the propensity of D-A-D sequences in this song? Especially since it's about Bono's dad? Coincidence?

thanks dave, very good!

something bothers me about this part, but i can't make up what:

D
I need to let you know

You don't have to go it alone

A E
And it's you when I look in the mirror

i want to play an A there, but it doesnt fit....and playing the D all along doesnt sound right to me as well.

any ideas?
