Answers:

1) Yes

2) The Fly (solo first, then the rest)

3) The Electric Co. and Pride

4) I have a 1985 Fender Squire Strat (similar to strats Edge uses)

5) No - only to friends and family - never public.

1)

2) Summer Rain was the first song I recall learning to play start to finish, I noodled around with a bunch of others, New Years Day, Bad, etc.

3) Acoustic Stay although I usually don't play along with the DVD because I'm too lazy to bother tuning down 1/2 step.

4) Kinda-sorta, Bono has a vintage Gibson Hummingbird and I have a newer one ('02). I just got a setup done for it to make it easier to play and just can't put the thing down.

5) Yeah, never for a cover paying audience or open mike crowd, usually at a party or something where a boozy version of Desire is generally a crowd pleaser.

1. Probably
2. One, I think.Sounds great on acoustic guitar.
3. The Joshua tree . The song is Staring at the sun because it's an amazing song and there's a beautiful live acoustic version of that song which U2 performed in Rotterdam
4. No, I owe Fender DG4 sunburst. It's an acoustic guitar and it takes my breath away every time I see it.

1) yes and no
2) Desire
3) God Part II
4) no
5) yes, Desire with my band...

1. It's probably a tie between U2 and The Police.
2. hmm, I think it was Running To Stand Still or maybe In God's Country.
3. 11 O'Clock Tick Tock and most of the JT album.
4. U2 guitar? I have a Fender Strat, a Telecaster knock off, an Epiphone Les Paul (with Gibson pickups) and an Epiphone SG. So I have some U2'ish guitars but none are true "U2 guitars" as most of The Edges guitars are vintages or some sort of special editions.
5. Yeah, with some of my former bands I have performed Elevation, Desire, When Love Comes To Town, Trip Through Your Wires, Streets, UTEOTW, In God's Country and Electric Storm. At one point we also played Walk On but we never got around to performing it.
